What to Expect

With the Lowcountry Artist Market just one week away, I thought I should give you guys a little rundown, so you know what to expect.

The Artist Market consists of 40 local vendors, selling a variety of handmade and vintage goods.  Including, but not limited to:

Vintage Clothing
Handmade Jewelry
Children's Books
Children's Clothing
Purses
Stationary
Christmas Ornaments
Knit Scarves
Quilts
Adult Tshirts
Vintage Jewelry
Accessories
Home Goods
Print Art
Candles
Glassware
Stuffed Animals
Furniture

Goods range in price from $5 to $250+, with the average somewhere between $15-50.  Some, but not all of the vendors accept credit cards.  Some even accept checks.  But I suggest you come with some cash.  The Music Farm does have an ATM on site, in case you run low and your favorite items are cash only.

There are three entrances to the Music Farm - double doors at 32 Ann St, up the stairs beside the venue and in the alley between the Farm and Dudley's.  The alley way entrance is the ONLY entrance without stairs, so if you're traveling with a stroller, we suggest this way.  Just look for the food trucks and come in that way.

Speaking of food trucks, come hungry!  The Magic Cheese Truck and King of Pops will be on site, serving up tasty treats.  Who doesn't love a pimento cheese sandwich followed by an banana puddin' popsicle?!

The Music Farm will also have the bar open, running specials on mimosas, bloody marys and beers.  Just have your ID ready if you plan on partaking.  They accept cash and credit cards.

Oh, and the basics:

Admission is FREE.

The event runs from 10 am - 3 pm.

This is ONE DAY ONLY, so don't miss out.  The next Market won't come until Spring.

Thank you again for your continued support of the Market and local artists.  Thank you to the vendors for being so talented and hard working!  See everyone on Nov 19th!
