The Adventures of Sammy the Wonder Dachshund
I'm going to assume that making a living as a writer is probably the equivalent of making it as a rock star - a long shot at best - and unbelievably hard. But local author and artist Jonathan Miller is making it happen with his series of The Adventures of Sammy the Wonder Dachshund books.
Jonathan both writes and illustrates his books. And the illustrations are not your average drawings. Each picture is carefully crafted from construction paper, cut and layered to create amazing images. In addition to the books, he also creates this same type of construction paper artwork with images of Charleston.
